Autumn Eyes

A young art student asks a middle-aged man on a bench if she can draw his description of someone beautiful. As he recalls the woman he loved with detailed imagery, we gradually sense nostalgia and loss. When the student finishes and shows him the sketch, the man reveals a white cane, he is blind, and shows her a photo of his late wife. He says he lost his eyesight witnessing “the most beautiful thing”, her implying she died in an accident he saw. The film ends with quiet emotion and the student realizing what “beauty” truly means.

Rion Ranjan

biography

I am an aspiring actor/director who got fond of cinema and films from sitting in the cinema with a popcorn in my hand and seeing my favorite hero. The fascination of being part of films dragged me to show the world of what I would to create, so hence, it becomes personal of what I would love to show
