A woman hates her birthmarks, unaware that they are the traces left by her soulmate across their past lives. When she touches them, she is transported through different eras, discovering a love that reunites again and again, incarnation after incarnation. Back in the present, she chooses to keep them and sees them differently: for the first time, she finds them beautiful.
