Eden, 10 years old, an androgynous-looking, introverted and solitary young girl, is subjected to mockery and violence at school. After yet another day of bullying, she locks herself in the bathroom, trying to regain some confidence. But when faced with her reflection, this moment of intimacy turns into a brutal confrontation with the gaze of others — and with herself. Through a child’s eyes, the film examines the pressures of beauty standards and the silent violence they inflict, to the point of making the very desire to exist begin to waver.
